Araxie Grant is an established financial executive with nearly 20 years of diverse experience, encompassing the gaming, professional sports, nonprofit, and cannabis industries. Along with her gaming and cannabis industry experience, Araxie holds six years of professional sports experience as the Chief Financial Officer of the Arena Football League (AFL) and VP, Controller for the Las Vegas Raiders NFL football team. At the AFL, Araxie was instrumental in the company’s capital funding efforts, as well as its business expansion and development activities. As VP, Controller for the Las Vegas Raiders, she oversaw the finance departments of the football club, stadium operator, concessionaire, and Raider Image. Araxie created a shared services structure that integrated the company’s existing football and retail finance functions with the newly created stadium-related entities. In addition, Araxie also successfully implemented improvements in the technical accounting, internal controls, and workflow processes that were essential to the company’s relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas.
