Ravi is a Partner and West Region Market Leader at Connor Group, a specialized professional services and leading IPO advisory firm, partnering with executives on their most critical and complex projects. Ravi joined Connor Group in 2014 in their Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, advising prominent companies like Uber, Palantir, Airbnb, Robinhood and Instacart. After making Partner in 2016, Ravi quickly established himself as a leader in the firm, both on the client delivery and business development fronts. He became the IPO Service Line Business Development Leader in 2019 and took on the West Region Market Leader role in 2021.

Ravi brings over 20 years of cross-functional, and multi-national Big 4 public accounting and business advisory experience, including audit, financial due diligence, IPO and transaction advisory services. He has advised on dozens of IPOs, M&A, SPAC and direct listing transactions and is a frequent presenter on such topics. Ravi worked for KPMG in the U.S. for 8 years and Ernst & Young (EY) in New Zealand for 3 years. Ravi is an entrepreneurial thinker, bringing a business-minded and outcome-oriented approach to professional services.

Ravi is an investor and advisor to multiple early-stage companies, venture capital, and private equity firms in the healthcare, technology, and tech-enabled products and services industries, helping them with strategic finance and go-to-market activities. As a former collegiate athlete in water polo and swimming, Ravi enjoys working with professional athletes on their transition from sports into business.

Ravi holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Redlands with minors in business administration, mathematics and economics. Ravi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California (Active), a member of the AICPA, and has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam. Ravi is an avid golfer and enjoys being actively involved with his four kids’ activities and sports.
